Overview:
This Koopid Tech Note covers file upload / download support for different types of media, including images, videos, documents and presentations, on the Koopid platform. Each channel supported in Koopid has specific requirements for file type and size.
Storage of files on the Koopid platform adheres to the specific storage lifetime policy of your specific provider. For specific channel configurations for your provider, please refer to the Admin > Channels page in the Koopid Provider Portal.
